Unconvention Education: Achieving GDPR Compliance

We're excited to announce this education session for the 2018 Unconvention:

Achieving GDPR Compliance
Led by Jan Altmann, Growth Manager, and Adrian Scott, Product Owner, at Meetingmax

General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) is a regulation that requires businesses to protect the personal data and privacy of EU citizens for transactions that occur within EU member states. It also addresses the export of personal data outside the EU. As the countdown to GDPR whittles away, companies can't delay their readiness. GDPR is effective May 25 2018 and you must be ready, should you have any event attendees who hold a European passport.

Key Takeaways:

  1. Learn what GDPR is
  2. Learn how GDPR affects your housing projects
  3. Learn how Meetingmax helps you to achieve GDPR compliance

About Jan:
Jan loves efficiency and identifies himself as intrapreneur. He is an analytical thinker and possesses the creative problem-solving skills to translate business requirements into functional design. As an in-house consultant, he is known to be a hard-working Jack-of-all-trades and his peers appreciate his practical thinking, dedication, reliability and honesty. Jan welcomes the challenge of translating business requirements into implementation plans, whilst not losing sight of the purpose of the organization. Jan takes strong pride in the work he does.
