We're excited to announce this education session for the 2015 Unconvention:
Elevate Your Meetingmax Knowledge
Led by Patrick MacCoubrey, Housing Coordinator at Meetingmax
You will leave this hands-on session with a much deeper understanding of the Hotel Control Panel (HCP). Our goal is to make sure you are comfortable navigating through the HCP and have confidence in training your hotel partners. We will answer commonly asked questions, provide tips and tricks of the HCP and even cover basic troubleshooting steps. We’ll end this session by diving into the much anticipated Training Certification Program and the immediate benefits it provides you.

About Patrick MacCoubrey
Patrick is a graduate of Thompson Rivers University where he graduated as Valedictorian with a Bachelor’s Degree of Tourism Management as well as Diploma in Events & Convention Management. He has 7 years’ experience in the hotel industry and has found a passion in interacting with people and the tourism industry in general. He is the current Student Liaison with the PCMA Canada West Chapter. He loves to travel and cannot wait to go explore his next destination.
As Housing Coordinator at Meetingmax, Patrick provides assistance where needed by helping Guest Services and Client Services with their daily tasks and projects.
About the Unconvention
