In this session, we will explore ways that you can foster the communication between you and your hotel partners. By improving the way you communicate with your hoteliers, we expect improvements in areas such as training partners on how to use the Meetingmax housing system, streamlining when and how hoteliers should contact you during the event housing process, and how you can ensure future partnerships with hoteliers increasing the ease of hotel contracting for your future events.

After finishing his Associate of the Arts degree at Douglas College, Reid didn't really know what he was going to do next. He enjoyed writing and honing his written communicating skills, and worked as a Shift Supervisor at Starbucks for just over a year and a half where he also honed his customer service skills, talking with people over a latte, day in and day out. He also had a passion for technology. He spent most of his time tinkering with PCs, both with hardware and software, and was always up to speed on the latest and greatest in smartphones and wearable devices, like smartwatches. With all of that, Reid wanted something more - something that would combine these different areas of interest into a career that suited him best. Then came along Adrian, who spent his Tuesdays working for Meetingmax out of Reid's old Starbucks, drinking grande dark roasts with no room and eating old fashioned donuts. A few compliments on Adrian's choice of smartwatch, conversations about the future, interviews with Jeff Duncan and the MMX Tribe, and now he's the latest and greatest Meetingmax Technical Support Analyst. He spends his days helping clients use the Meetingmax System, and gets into trouble for calling everybody "sir" or "ma'am".
